What happens by when
First health check
Within 48 hours of receiving access, I run the first site health check and confirm anything urgent.
First monthly report date
You get a clear date for your first monthly report so you know when updates, backups and security results land in your inbox.
Ongoing care
From there, your plan runs on a steady monthly rhythm — updates, monitoring and the report that proves the work.
