Scope of services

Chochi.eu provides WordPress-related services including custom development, managed hosting, monthly care plans, one-time fixes, migrations, SEO analysis and related consulting. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the written quote or order confirmation for that work. Services not listed in the quote are out of scope unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Quotes & payment

Project and one-time work is quoted at a fixed price before work begins, based on the agreed scope. Prices are stated in euros unless otherwise noted.

For jobs under €500, payment is due after the work is completed and delivered (pay-after-fixed), unless we agree a different arrangement in writing. For larger projects, a deposit or staged payments may be required and will be set out in the quote.

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Late or incomplete payment may delay or pause further work until the balance is cleared.

30-day work guarantee

Covered deliverables include a 30-day work guarantee from the date of delivery or go-live (whichever applies). If something I delivered does not match the agreed scope, or a defect in that work appears within the guarantee period, I will remedy it at no extra charge.

The guarantee does not cover issues caused by changes you or a third party make after delivery, by plugins or themes outside the agreed scope, by hosting or server problems outside my control, or by new requirements not included in the original quote.

Care plans & hosting

Monthly support (care plans) and managed hosting are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, according to the plan you choose at checkout or in your order confirmation.

You may cancel at any time. There is no long-term lock-in: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period already paid for. Fees already paid for that period are not refunded unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Plan features, site limits and response times are those published for the selected plan at the time of purchase, or as updated with reasonable notice for ongoing subscriptions.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access needed to perform the work — for example WordPress admin, hosting panel, DNS, FTP or SFTP, and any third-party accounts relevant to the project.

Before major work (migrations, large updates, redesigns or similar), you should ensure a current backup exists, or confirm that we have agreed to take one as part of the engagement. You remain responsible for the accuracy of content you supply and for decisions about your business, legal and compliance requirements.

Liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Chochi Webworks OÜ arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under Estonian law.

Data protection

How we collect and process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The controller is Chochi Webworks OÜ.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from them or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
